Return Policy

Overview

Because each portrait is custom-made, we cannot accept general returns or cancellations once an order has been confirmed.
However, we want every customer to be fully satisfied — so we provide flexible solutions if there is any issue with your artwork.

Every painting is made uniquely for you. Please review carefully before confirming your order.


1. Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund.
  • After 24 hours, if the designer has already started painting, a partial refund (up to 50%) may be issued to cover materials and labor costs.
  • Once the artwork is completed or shipped, the order cannot be canceled or refunded, except under special circumstances.

2. Damaged or Lost Orders

If your painting arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, we’ve got you covered:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and send photos of the damage.
  • We will offer a free replacement or full refund depending on your preference.
  • For lost packages, we will reship or refund after verifying with the courier.

We take full responsibility for any damage or loss during transit.


3. Artwork Quality Guarantee

Before shipping, we always send a preview photo of your finished painting for your approval.

  • If you are not satisfied at the preview stage, we will adjust or repaint the portrait until you are happy.
  • After you approve the final preview and the painting is shipped, refunds are no longer available (except for damage or loss).

Your satisfaction is our top priority — we only ship once you love it.


4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

5. Exceptions

Refunds or exchanges are not available in the following cases:

  • You provided incorrect shipping information and the order was delivered accordingly.
  • You changed your mind after approving the final artwork.
  • Color differences due to screen display variations
